MULTI-FAMILY USE OF AN EXISTING DWELLING IN AN RS-2/0HS ZONING
APPROVAL OF REQUEST FOR A CONDITIONAL USE GRANT TO ALLOW THE
DISTRICT FOR JOHN KRABBENHOFT AT S83 W20618 JANESVILLE ROAD
Department by Mr. John Krabbenhoft requesting a Conditional Use
Grant for the multi-family use of an existing building at 583
W20618 Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, A petition was submitted to the Planning
WHEREAS, The City's Code of Ordinances at Section 17:8.11(7)
C.6 permits duplexes in existing buildings as Conditional Uses
in the RS-2/0HS (refer to the B-1 Zoning District) Zoning
District if approved by the Plan Commission, and
property have been notified of the Public Hearing and a Public
WHEREAS, The owners of property within 300 feet of this
Hearing has been held in conformance with Section 17:3.07 of the
City's Code of Ordinances, and
which is non-conforming and the owner is seeking conditional use
WHEREAS, There presently exists a duplex on the property
status in order to bring the property into conformance with the
Zoning Ordinance, and
WHEREAS, The regulations provide that a Building, Site and
Operation plan be submitted for approval by the Plan Commission
in conjunction with the Conditional Use Grant request and the
petitionner is requesting approval of said Building, Site and
Operation plan.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego approve the request of Mr. John Krabbenhoft
for a Conditional Use Grant for the multi-family use of an
existing building at S83 W20618 Janesville Road and that the
approval be subject to the conditions of Section 17:6.03 of the
City's Code of Ordinances.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT, The Plan Commission also
approves the Building, Site, and Operation plan as required in
Section 17:6.03(3)A.2.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT, The Conditional Use Permit be
recorded with the Waukesha County Register of Deeds which shall
include the operational conditions of the grant and reference to
the approved Building, Site and Operation plan which is to be
kept on file at the City of Muskego.
