RESOLUTION #P.C. 58-93
HAROLD DeBACK IN THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 32
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on March 5,
1993, by Metropolitan Engineering for Harold DeBack for a two
(2) lot land division in the NE 1/4 of Section 32, and
a sketch for a two (2) lot land division through Resolution
#P.C. 33-93, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission on February 16, 1993 approved
WHEREAS, The two lots meet the lot size and width
requirements of R-1 Zoning District, and
WHEREAS, Evidence of favorable perc test for both parcels
have not been received.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Certified Survey Map for a two (2) parcel land division in
the NE 1/4 of Section 32 for Harold DeBack and recommend
approval to the Common Council subject to approval of the City
of all applicable fees in Section 10 of the Land Division
Engineer, and favorable perc test for both parcels and payment
Ordinance.
