APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR FOUR (4) LOTS
IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 17 FOR THE KABLITZ PROPERTY
WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on March 5, 1993 for a land
division for four lots in the NW 1/4 of Section 17, and
WHEREAS, This land is zoned RS-2 wherein the RS-2 Zoning
District requires a minimum lot size of 20,000 square feet and
a minimum average with of 110 feet, and
WHEREAS, The land division proposes to create three lots of
approximately 44,000 square feet and the fourth lot would be
approximately 9.27 acres and the lots meet the size and width
requirements of the RS-2 Zoning District, and
sanitary sewer and water from Woods Road.
WHEREAS, The parcels are proposed to be connected to the
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will
be receptive to a Certified Survey map for four lots being
submitted creating a land division in the SW 1/4 of Section 17
subject to depicting the shoreland/wetlands and a drainage
easement on Lot 4.
