APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN IN THE
RESOLUTION 55-93
SE 114 OF SECTION 2 FOR STONEY CREEK RETIREMENT COMMUNITY
WHEREAS, The Common Council approved Ordinance #709 and
subsequently approved Ordinance #754 which granted RSM/OPD
Zoning for Lutherans Inc. for Elderly (L.I.F.E.), and
Operation plan through Resolution #P.C. 158 and approved signage
and landscaping through Resolution #P.C. 181-90, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved a Building, Site and
requested that the site plan be reviewed for access to Tess
Corners Drive, and
WHEREAS, The Common Council through the Rezoning process
requested that assurances be made to the City regarding the
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission in their previous approvals

landscaping of the pond and of lighting concerns to neighboring
all these items necessitate further review of the Building, Site
and Operation Plan by the Plan Commission.
WHEREAS, The building orientation has changed slightly and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
approve the amended Building, Site and Operation Plan dated
signage subject to the sign not being a vision obstruction or
(received) March 5, 1993, which includes the previously approved
within the base setback area and the landscaping (including
pond landscaping).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Master Grading Plan,
Erosion Control Plan, Pond design changes and the
acceleration-deceleration lanes for Tess Corners Drive be
approved by the Public Works Committee and City Engineers, the
ensure that they are not excessive, the building height be
lighting plans be reviewed by a qualified City Engineer to
approved by the Fire Department, and the siding of the building
be a creme, tan or buff color.
