AMENDED
APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING, SITE, AND OPERATION PLAN FOR
PARTHANON GYROS EXPRESS AT 575 W17358 JANESVILLE ROAD BY
DIMITRIOS JIFAS
WHEREAS, Dimitrios Jifas(Parthanon Gyros Express) is
requesting to amend the Building, Site, and Operation plan for
Janesville Road, and
the existing Golden Chicken restaurant located at S75 W17358
WHEREAS, The amendment is being proposed to modernize the
appearance of the site by changing the face of the existing
freestanding sign and increasing the overall dimensions by
adding neon arcs, no proposed flat wall signs, adding
landscaping, adding to the existing building and creating a sit
down restaurant, adding a drive-thru, removing the canopies,
adding parking, and adding an enclosed dumpster, and adding neon
to three sides of the building, and
WHEREAS, the property is Zoned B-4 and the use is a
permitted use in the E-4 Zoning District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the revised Building, Site and Operation plan including the
building, lighting, landscaping and signage subject to reducing
the amount of the freestanding sign to the existing square
resealed with directional striping for the drive thru, hours of footage, no neon on the sign or the building, parking lot being
operation being 7 days a week from 1O:OO a.m. until 12:OO
midnight, light pole being no higher than the light pole at the
Muskego Volunteer Fire Dept. on Janesville Road, exterior of
building being a buff color, and obtaining the necessary
permits from the Building Department.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the revised site plan (dated
March 5, 1993) is to be kept on file at the City of Muskego.
