APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION FOR THREE (3) PARCELS
IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 26 FOR WAYNE KOPAC
WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on March 8, 1993 for a land
division for three lots in the SW 1/4 of Section 26 for Wayne
Kopac, and
WHEREAS, The land division proposes to create one parcel of
approximately 10 acres, one parcel of approximately 8 acres and
third parcel of approximately 16 acres all on the east side of
Thode Drive, and
of lands on the west side of Thode Drive which is not proposed
to be developed at this time, and
WHEREAS, The 16 acre parcel will be part of a remnant parcel
WHEREAS, The proposed land division meets the lot size and
width requirements of the A-Agriculture and EA-Exclusive
Agriculture Zoning District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will be
receptive to a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a
land division in the SW 1/4 of Section 26 subject to receipt of
favorable perc tests for the 10 acre and 8 acre parcels from
Waukesha County, a note being placed on the face of the
Certified Survey Map stating that the remainder parcels are not
buildable until a favorable perc test is received by the City,
and delineation of the wetlands on the Certified Survey Map.
