PCR1993051AMENDED APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR RESOLUTION #P.C. 51-93 PATTI'S PUB, AT 5102 W19570 KELSEY DRIVE WHEREAS, A sketch of building plans were submitted to the Planning Department by Ken Christensen for an exterior porch addition to an existing tavern and the property is zoned B-2, and require an offset variance from the Board of Appeals, and WHEREAS, The proposed porch addition is 48" and would 157-88 which was an approval to construct a 20' X 24' addition WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved Resolution #P.C. to the tavern subject to six conditions which were: 1. That the exterior siding on both west and south elevations be done with one type of identical material. that the permit is issued. 2. The parking lot be asphalted within one year from the date exits and sanitary facilities. 3. That the building meet all state and local codes as far as 4. The Waukesha County Health Department submit a favorable preliminary site approval. 5. Bonding for $5,000 be provided. 6. Require 6' privacy (not chain link) fence east side of property only from the front of the neighboring garage entrance May 15, 1989. in line with the back of the existing garage to be installed by WHEREAS, The addition proposed in Resolution #P.C. 157-88 was never constructed. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego approve the request of Ken Christensen to place an exterior 48" porch addition to the south side of the building subject to: 1. The exterior siding on both west and south elevations be done with one type of identical material. 2. The parking lot be asphalted within two years from the date that the permit is issued. 3.
