PCR1993050AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 50-93 COMPLETING RELATED WORK AS APPROVED IN RESOLUTION #P.C. 232-91 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING DEADLINE FOR MOVING A HOUSE AND FOR FRANCESCO AIUPPA AT W207 58262 HILLENDALE DRIVE WHEREAS, The Plan Commission, through Resolution #P.C. 232-93, granted approval to move a house and garage to the property located at W207 S8262 Hillendale Drive, and WHEREAS, The Plan Commission established the following requirements: 1. A bond is required to cover possible damages caused by the moving regarding streets with the amount to be set by the Street Superintendent not less than $1,000, and 2. A second bond is required to cover any required work or than $1,000, and improvements necessary to finalize this project, with not less 3. Proof of liability insurance covering injury to one person in the sum of not less than $100,000, and for one damage insurance in a sum not less than $50,000, or other accgdent in a sum not less than $200,000, together with property coverage as deemed necessary is required before issuance of the permit. 4. That the bonds mentioned above for streets and and Plan Commission respectively, be posted with the City and improvements with amounts to be set by the Street Superintendent that proof of the required liability insurance will also be required at that time prior to the issuance of the permit by the Building Inspector. 5. That the home to be moved will be required to meet the 1,600 square foot minimum residential floor area requirement for the RS-1 zoning, and that an addition to the existing structure will be required to meet that requirement. 6. The $3,000 bond in Resolution #P.C. 231-91 remain in place until the addition of the house is built to meet the square footage requirement for the zoning. WHEREAS, The $3,000 bond in Resolution #P.C. 231-91 terminates on March 30, 1993. that the $3,000 bond required in Resolution #P.C. 231-91 be extended to March 1, 1994 and that the addition of the house is required to be built within 90 days of this Resolution.
