COMPLETING RELATED WORK AS APPROVED IN RESOLUTION #P.C. 232-91
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING DEADLINE FOR MOVING A HOUSE AND
FOR FRANCESCO AIUPPA AT W207 58262 HILLENDALE DRIVE
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission, through Resolution #P.C.
232-93, granted approval to move a house and garage to the
property located at W207 S8262 Hillendale Drive, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission established the following
requirements:
1. A bond is required to cover possible damages caused by
the moving regarding streets with the amount to be set by the
Street Superintendent not less than $1,000, and
2. A second bond is required to cover any required work or
than $1,000, and

place until the addition of the house is built to meet the
square footage requirement for the zoning.
