PCR1993049AMENDED APPROVAL OF SKETCH AND CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR LAND DIVISION FOR TWO (2) LOTS IN THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 18 FOR RUFUS LOWE RESOLUTION #P.C. 49-93 19, 1993 as a Sketch for Land Division and as a CSM for two parcels in the NE 1/4 of Section 18 for Mr. Rufus Lowe, and WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on February WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved a Preliminary Plat for a seven lot subdivision through Resolution #P.C. 24-93 and the Certified Survey Map conforms to the approved Preliminary Plat, and WHEREAS, The lots meet the requirements of RS-1/OPD Zoning District and the proposed lots have all utilities available with temporary access to the property from Hillendale Drive. the Sketch for a Land Division and the Certified Survey Map for THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve two parcels in the NE 1/4 of Section 18 for Mr. Rufus Lowe and recommend approval to the Common Council subject to: established to guarantee an acceleration and deceleration lane, 1.
