CITY OF MUSKEGO LOCATED IN THE MUSKEGO BUSINESS/INDUSTRIAL PARK
APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION FOR TWO PARCELS FOR THE
IN THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 17
WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on February 19, 1993 for a
Land Division for two parcels in the SE 1/4 of Section 17 in the
Muskego Industrial Park for the City of Muskego, by Ruekert and
Mielke, and
WHEREAS, The land division proposes to create one parcel of
approximately 5 acres and a second lot of approximately 2.2
acres, and
lot size of 40,000 square feet and a minimum average width of
District, and
150 feet and the lots meet the requirements of 1-1 Zoning
WHEREAS, This land is zoned 1-1 which requires a minimum
access to the property from Enterprise Drive.
WHEREAS, The proposed lots have all utilities available with
receptive to a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will be
land division in the SE 1/4 of Section 17 for the City of
Muskego in the Muskego Industrial Park.
