RESOLUTION #P.C. 46-93
IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 9
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on February 19,
1993, by Roth Builders for a four (4) lot land division in the
Valley Drive, and
SW 1/4 of Section 9 off the extension of Lions Park Drive near
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission on January 19, 1993 approved a
Sketch for a four (4) lot land division through Resolution #P.C.
45-93, and
size and width requirements of the RS-2 Zoning District wherein
WHEREAS, The proposed land divisions do not meet the lot
the lots are less than one foot short of the minimum average
width and 351 feet short of the required lot size, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has consistently approved land
where road dedications and site specific circumstances warrant
divisions via Certified Survey Map with a 10 percent tolerance
such treatment, and
availability with access to the lots from the proposed extension
of Lions Park Drive and the proposed Certified Survey Map
substantially conforms to the approved Sketch.
WHEREAS, The proposed lots will have water and sewer
the Certified Survey Map for a four (4) parcel land division in
the SW 1/4 of Section 9 for Roth Builders and recommend approval
and payment of all applicable fees in Section 10 of the Land
to the Common Council subject to approval of the City Engineers
Division Ordinance.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
