APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION FOR FOUR (4) LOTS IN THE
SW 1/4 OF SECTION 9 FOR ROTH BUILDERS
WHEREAS, A sketch was submitted on February 19, 1993 for a
1and.division for four lots in the SW 1/4 of Section 9 off the
extension of Lions Park Drive near Valley Drive, and
size and width requirements of the RS-2 Zoning District wherein
WHEREAS, The proposed land divisions do not meet the lot
the lots are less than one foot short of the minimum average
width and 351 feet short of the required lot size, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has consistently approved land
where road dedications and site specific circumstances warrant
divisions via Certified Survey Map with a 10 percent tolerance
such treatment, and
availability with access to the lots from the proposed extension
of Lions Park Drive.
WHEREAS, The proposed lots will have water and sewer
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will be
receptive to a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a
land division in the SW 1/4 of Section 9.
