APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION FOR TWO (2) LOTS IN THE sw
1/4 OF SECTION 21 FOR JIM SOWINSKI
WHEREAS, A sketch was submitted on February 19, 1993 for a
north end of Parker Drive, and
land division for two lots in the SW 1/4 of Section 21 off the
WHEREAS, The proposed land division meets the lot size and
width requirements of the R-1 Zoning District, and
WHEREAS, The land division proposes to create one parcel of
approximately 80,000 square feet and another parcel of
approximately 95,000 square feet excluding dedicated
right-of-way, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will be
receptive to a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a
land division in the SW 1/4 of Section 21 subject an easement
maintain it and to have the Public Works Superintendent approve
for the exiting drainage ditch to help preserve, protect, and
the easement; and the driveways to be as far away from Racine
Avenue as possible and subject to receipt of favorable perc
tests for both parcels from Waukesha County.
