APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP OF PARCEL 1 AND 2 FOR
FLORENCE DALIEGE IN THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 5
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on February
17, 1993, by Metropolitan Engineering for Florence Daliege
for a two (2) lot land division in the NE 1/4 of Section 5, and
sketch for a two (2) lot land division through Resolution #P.C.
4-93, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission on January 5, 1993 approved a
WHEREAS, The two lots meet the lot size and width
requirements of RS-2 Zoning District, and
WHEREAS, Sewer is available to Parcel 1 and Parcel 2 with
access to the newly created Parcel 1 being from Gold Drive.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Certified Survey Map for a two (2) parcel land division in
the NE 1/4 of Section 5 for Florence Daliege and recommend
approval to the Common Council subject to approval of the City
Engineer and payment of all applicable fees in Section 10 of the
Land Division Ordinance.
