APPROVAL OF 21' x 48' GREENHOUSE WITH BANNER ATTACHED

SENTRY FOOD STORE LOT, S74 W16890 JANESVILLE ROAD FOR
KENNETH STERNIG
WHEREAS, A request for a temporary greenhouse has been
submitted from Mr. Kenneth Sternig for the purpose of selling
plants and garden supplies in the parking lot of the Sentry Food
Store located at S74 W16890 Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, This greenhouse will be a metal frame structure
covered with an awning like material and be 21' x 48' in size, and
WHEREAS, The request is from May 1, 1993 to June 21, 1993, and
WHEREAS, The hours of operation will be from 9:00 a.m. to 9:OO
p.m. on weekdays and 8:OO a.m. to 6:OO p.m. on weekends, and
WHEREAS, The greenhouse will not interfere with the traffic

0 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
temporary greenhouse from May 1st to June 21st, 1993, subject to
the applicant obtaining a permit from the City Clerk.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the greenhouse be set back at
least 100' from the center line of Hwy. L and not located within
the vision corner as indicated on the applicant's site plan.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the applicant may attach a Sign
to the structure no larger than that which would be required for a
temporary fireworks stand which is 8 square feet in size.
