APPROVAL OF CONDITIONAL USE GRANT AND AMENDED BUILDING, SITE,
RESOLUTION #P.C. 40-93
AND OPERATION PLAN TO ALLOW A RESIDENTIAL QUARTERS IN THE SAME
BUILDING AS THE BUSINESS AT W192 S6665 HILLENDALE DRIVE
FOR JON BEATKA
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission of the City of Muskego has
received a petition for a Conditional Use Grant to place a
residential quarters in the same building as the business from
Jon Beatka, and
residential quarters in the same building as the business can be
WHEREAS, The property is zoned 8-2 and the placement of a
permitted as a Conditional Use Grant if approved by the Plan
Commission, and
WHEREAS, A Building, Site and Operation Plan is also
required to be approved for all Conditional Uses, and
property have been notified of the Public Hearing, and a Public
WHEREAS, The owners of property within 300 feet of this
Hearing has been held in conformance with Section 17:3.07 of the
City's Code of Ordinances.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby grant a Conditional Use to place a
residential quarters in the same building as the business for
Jon Beatka.
and Operation Plan be approved.
