APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING, SITE, AND OPERATION PLAN FOR THE
WHEREAS, Steve Oschman (Aud Mar Supper Club) is
requesting to amend the Building, Site, and Operation plan for
the Supper Club located at S79 W15851 Aud Mar Drive, and
WHEREAS, The proposed addition will add living space to the
second floor above the walk-in cooler on the first floor and
should not be considered an expansion to the Conditional Use.
the amended Building, Site, and Operation plan subject to
obtaining the necessary permits from the Building Department.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
