TRAILER AT W208 S8121 HILLENDALE DRIVE FOR RAY AND DIANE
APPROVAL OF PERMISSION FOR PARKING OF SEMI-TRACTOR AND
NOWAK
WHEREAS, Section 17:6.04 G. 2c of the Zoning Ordinance
permits additional parking of trucks and equipment if the area
where there are no more than three (3) homes within a radius of
is predominantly undeveloped which is defined as "any area
800 feet of the proposed parking site", and
WHEREAS, Such request has been received from Ray and Diane
Nowak, whose address is W208 S8121 Hillendale Drive, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-1 and the character of
the area is changing with the addition of water and sewer and a
proposed subdivision containing 10 lots immediately to the
south.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the request of Ray and
Diane Nowak to park a semi-tractor and trailer on their
property located at W208 S8121 Hillendale Drive.
