APPROVAL OF A SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE LOCATED AT W208 S8121
HILLENDALE DRIVE FOR RAY AND DIANE NOWAK
WHEREAS, A site plan and construction information was submitted
on February 5, 1993 by Ray and Diane Nowak to construct a second
garage structure (40' X 80' pole shed) in conjunction with the
residence located at W208 58121 Hillendale Drive, and
WHEREAS, The location of the second garage will meet the
setbacks of the RS-1 Zoning District and the architectural
appearance would be compatible with the applicant's residence and
surrounding area, and
WHEREAS, The second garage structure is intended to be used for
the storage of a semi-tractor, semi-trailer, and tools and the Plan
Commission has authority to approve the type and size of second
garage structures.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
second garage structure for Ray and Diane Nowak not to exceed 3200
square feet subject to a height variance and firewall variance (if
necessary) being obtained from the Board of Appeals.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That it is expressly understood that
this Resolution does not approve the parking of a semi-tractor,
semi-trailer, or any commercial vehicles or any vehicles exceeding
the weight limits for City Streets as specified within the City's
Municipal Code on the property and that this Resolution solely
approves the second garage structure.
