APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION FOR TWO (2) LOTS IN THE NE
1/4 OF SECTION 32 FOR HAROLD DEBACK
WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on February 4, 1993 for a
Land Division for two lots in the NE 1/4 of Section 32 on
Kelsey Drive, and
width requirements of the R-1 Zoning District, and
WHEREAS, The proposed land division meets the lot size and
approximately 5.13 acres and another parcel of approximately
5.97 acres, and
WHEREAS, The land division proposes to create one parcel of
WHEREAS, Evidence of a favorable perc test for both parcels
have not been received.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will
be receptive to a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating
a Land Division in the NE 1/4 of Section 32 subject to
additional right-of-way being dedicated along Kelsey Drive (7'
portion of Kelsey Drive), determination of any necessary
on the north portion of Kelsey and 15.25 feet along the east
drainage easements by the Superintendent of Public Works, and
subject to receipt of favorable perc tests for both parcels
from Waukesha County.
