RESOLUTION #P.C. 32-93
FOR AL ROGOWSKI
WHEREAS, A site plan and construction information was submitted
on February 3, 1993 by A1 Rogowski to construct a second garage
of Section 12 on Sherwood Circle, and
structure (30' X 50') at a future residence located in the NW 1/4
WHEREAS, The location of the second garage will meet the
setbacks of the RS-2 zoning district and the architectural
appearance would be compatible with the applicant's residence and
surrounding area, and
WHEREAS, The second garage structure is intended to be used for
the storage of a motor home, boats, residential equipment and
supplies and the Plan Commission has authority to approve the type
and size of second garage structures.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
second garage structure for A1 Rogowski subject to the principal
building be erected prior to or in conjunction with the second
garage structure and subject to a height variance and firewall
variance (if necessary) being obtained from the Board of Appeals.
