RESOLUTION 31-93
APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR KWIK TRIP INC.
FOR A CONVENIENCE STORE AT THE LAKE FOREST COMMERCIAL SITE
APPROVAL OF CONDITIONAL USE GRANT TO DISPENSE GASOLINE AND
WHEREAS, Building, Site and Operation Plans were submitted to
which requires a Conditional Use Permit within the B-2 Zoning
the Planning Department by Kwik Trip Inc. for a gas station
District and the RS-3/0PD Planned Development District, and
WHEREAS, The owners of property within 300 feet of this
property have been notified of the Public Hearing and a Public
Hearing has been held in conformance with Section 17:3.07 of the
City's Code of Ordinances, and
WHEREAS, The City's zoning ordinance permits this type of
use as a Conditional Use in the RS-3/0PD Zoning District upon
the approval of the Plan Commission, and
WHEREAS, In approving a Conditional Use, the Plan Commission

is also required to approve a Building, Site, and Operation
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego approve the Conditional Use Grant for Kwik Trip
Inc. for a gas station located in the SE 1/4 of Section 8 and NE
1/4 of Section 17.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
Building, Site, and Operation plan for Kwik Trip Inc. for a
convenience store in conjunction with the gasoline sales subject
to submittal of Waukesha County Transportation Department
access permits.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, The approval of the Building, Site,
and Operation plan include signage, lighting, and landscaping
plans.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the signage be approved with
the reader board subject to no further signage allowed on the
face of the building except the name on the Dormer.
Building be subject to the exterior of the building being a
earth tone brick veneer and that there be rounded archways.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That architectural approval of the
