APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR TWO PARCELS FOR KWIK
TRIP INC. IN THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 8 AND NE 1/4 SECTION 17
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on January 22,
1993, by Michael J. Losik for Kwik Trip Inc. for a two (2) lot
land division in the SE 1/4 of Section 8 and NE 1/4 of Section
17, and
Sketch for a two (2) lot land division through Resolution #P.C.
17-93, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission, on February 2, 1993 approved a

Zoning District, and
WHEREAS, The proposed land division has sewer and water
availability.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the SE 1/4 of Section 8 and the NE 1/4 of Section 17 for Kwik
Trip Inc. and recommend approval to the Common Council subject
to approval of an acceptable Building, Site and Operation Plan,
approval of the City Engineers and payment of all applicable
fees in Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance and subject
to the Common Council changing the zoning from concept zoning
to RS-3/0PD Zoning.
