APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR THREE PARCELS FOR
RESOLUTION #P.C. 29-93
MARC ADDIS IN THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 34
1993 by Marc Addis for a four (4) lot land division in the
NW 1/4 of Section 34, and
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on February 2,
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission on November 17, 1992 approved
a Sketch for a four (4) lot land division through Resolution
#P.C. 255-92, and
WHEREAS, The four lots meet the requirements of
A-Agricultural Zoning District, and
WHEREAS, Evidence of favorable perc tests for these lots
has been received.
with the right-of-way frontage meeting the requirements of the
Land Division Ordinance.
WHEREAS, The proposed land division abuts Muskego Dam Drive
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Certified Survey Map for a four (4) parcel land division in
the NW 1/4 of Section 34 for Marc Addis and recommend approval
to the Common Council subject to approval of the City
Engineers, submittal of documentation from the Waukesha County
Health Department of favorable perc tests, a note showing the
existing septic system on Lot 4 be placed on the Certified
Survey Map, that a note be placed on the Certified Survey Map
the area below Parcel 1 part of Parcel 1 except for a 50' strip
stating that there is to be no filling of the wetlands, to make
of property as part of Parcel 4, and payment of all applicable
fees in Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance.
