APPROVAL OF A SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 7
FOR DENNIS HERDEMAN LOCATED AT S74 W21052 FIELD DRIVE
RESOLUTION #P.C. 28-93
on February 1, 1993 by Dennis Herdeman to construct a second garage
WHEREAS, A site plan and construction information was submitted
structure (36' X 54' Pole Shed) at the residence located at S74
W21052 Field Drive, and
setbacks of the RCE Zoning District but does not meet the sideyard
WHEREAS, The location of the second garage will meet the
offsets and the architectural appearance would be compatible with
the applicant's residence and surrounding area, and
WHEREAS, The second garage structure is intended to be used for
the storage of apple orchard equipment (sprayer, trailer, and
woodworking shop, residential equipment and supplies and the Plan
tractor), pick-up truck, auto, boat, and hobbyist/noncommercial
Commission has authority to approve the type and size of second
garage structures.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
second garage structure for Dennis Herdeman subject to obtaining
any variances for the sideyard offset on the west side of the
property, firewall variance (if necessary), and height variance.
