APPROVAL OF TEMPORARY 3' X 15' BANNER FOR GREAT CLIPS

WHEREAS, A request has been submitted by James Hemak from
Great Clips for the placement of one temporary "Haircut Sale"
March 5, 1993, to advertise their major annual sale, and
