APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR THREE PARCELS FOR
JOHN AND SANDRA MECCA IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 17
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on January 26,
1993, by John and Sandra Mecca for a three (3) lot land division
in the SW 1/4 of Section 17, and
Sketch for a three (3) lot land division through Resolution
#P.C. 169-92, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission on July 21, 1992 approved a
WHEREAS, The three lots meet the minimum lot size and the
minimum average width requirements of the RS-2 Zoning District,
and
additional seven feet of dedication since Woods Road is an 80'
road on the City's Highway Width Map, and
WHEREAS, The proposed land division abuts Woods Road with an
WHEREAS, The three lots have sewer availability from the
Plum Creek Subdivision.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Certified Survey Map for a three (3) parcel land division in
the SW 1/4 of Section 17 for John and Sandra Mecca and recommend
approval to the Common Council subject to the City Engineers
report dated January 27, 1992 and payment of all applicable fees
in Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance.
