PCR1993024APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR RUFUS LOWE SUBDIVISION IN RESOLUTION #P.C. 24-93 THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 18 FOR RUFUS LOWE WHEREAS, A Preliminary Plat was submitted on January 27, 1993, by Johnson Engineering for Rufus Lowe, to divide property in the NE 1/4 of Section 18 into seven single family lots and one outlot. WHEREAS, The property was granted Concept Zoning for RS-1/OPD through Common Council Resolution #296-92 and a Sketch 205-92A, and for the Land Division was approved through Resolution #P.C. WHEREAS, The sketch was approved subject to the lot layout meeting the requirements of the RS-1/OPD Zoning District, and WHEREAS, The Preliminary Plat substantially conforms to the previously approved sketch wherein the lots meet the minimum size and width requirements of the RS-1/OPD Zoning District requirements. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the Preliminary Plat for Rufus Lowe Subdivision in the NE 1/4 of Section 18 and will be receptive to a Final Plat being submitted subject to: 1. Deed restrictions being placed on lots adjacent to Hillendale Drive to restrict direct access to Hillendale Drive as well as vision corners being depicted on the Final Plat. 2. The City Engineers comments of January 19, 1993 being addressed on the Final Plat, the wetland on lot 4 and the outlot being depicted on the Final Plat. Commission being addressed on the Final Plat. 3. The remarks of the Waukesha County Park and Planning City of Muskego Plan Commission Adopted 02-16-93 Defeated Deferred
