RECONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF LANDSCAPING PLAN FOR
THE PUBLIC WORKS GARAGE FOR THE PROPOSED WOODCHIPPING
FACILITY IN THE MUSKEG0 BUSINESS/INDUSTRIAL PARK LOCATED AT
W186 58235 MERCURY DRIVE
approved for the Public Works Garage through Resolution #P.C.
WHEREAS, An amended Building, Site, and Operation Plan was
Commission, and
11-93 subject to a landscaping plan being approved by the Plan
WHEREAS, The Public Works Department is requesting approval
for its landscaping plan for the entrance to the proposed
woodchipping site located off of Saturn Drive. /-
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the landscape plan subject to a 6' fence being installed on the
property line on the south and west side' of the property and
along the east property line the fence would be 15' from the
property line. Along the inside of the fence line there will
be seedling trees planted by the Public Works Department.
