APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR ONE PARCEL FOR THE CITY - OF MUSKEG0 LOCATED IN THE MUSKEG0 BUSINESS/INDUSTRIAL PARK IN
THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 16
WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on January 21, 1993 for a
Land Division for one parcel in the SW 1/4 of Section 16 in the
Muskego Business/Industrial Park for the City of Muskego, by
Ruekert and Mielke which was approved through Resolution #P.C.
19-93, and
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on January 21,
1993, by Ruekert and Mielke for a land division in the Muskego
Business/Industrial Park, and
WHEREAS, The lot meets the requirements of 1-1 Zoning
District and the proposed lot has all utilities available with
access to the property from Challenger Drive.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Certified Survey Map for one parcel in the SW 1/4 of Section
Council.
