THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 16
OF MUSKEGO LOCATED IN THE MUSKEG0 BUSINESS/INDUSTRIAL PARK IN
Land Division for one parcel in the SW 1/4 of Section 16 in the
Muskego Industrial Park for the City of Muskego, by Ruekert and
Mielke, and
WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on January 21, 1993 for a
approximately 140,803 sq. ft., and
WHEREAS, The land division proposes to create one parcel of
size of 40,000 square feet and a minimum average width of 150
and
feet and the lot meets the requirements of 1-1 Zoning District,
WHEREAS, This land is zoned 1-1 which requires a minimum lot
WHEREAS, The proposed lot has all utilities available with
access to the property from Challenger Drive.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will be
receptive to a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a
land division in the SW 1/4 of Section 16 for the City of
Muskego in the Muskego Industrial Park.
