PCR1993018RESOLUTION #P.C. 18-93 RECOMMENDATION TO AMEND CHAPTER 14, SECTION 1.5(2), OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, FLOODPLAIN ZONING ORDINANCE Estates, has petitioned to amend Chapter 14, Section 1.5(2) of WHEREAS, Mr. Todd Bushberger, the developer of Woodside the City's Municipal Code in order to remove land from the regulated flood hazard area, and Code, provides criteria for redelineation or rezoning floodplain WHEREAS, Chapter NR 116.11(3), Wisconsin Administrative districts, and WHEREAS, Mr. Bushburger is requesting an Official Floodplain Zoning Map Amendment pursuant to NR 116.21 (6), and where this by the Department of Natural Resources, and amendment does not become effective until it has been approved WHEREAS, The City's Floodplain Zoning Ordinance is contained in Chapter 14 of the Municipal Code and may be amended in accordance with the requirements of Chapter NR 116, and this matter on February 9, 1993, at 1:25 P.M. to consider a petition to amend said Chapter 14. WHEREAS, The Common Council will hold a Public Hearing on NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission Of the City of Muskego does hereby recommend that the Common Council amend Chapter 14, Section 1.5(2), The Floodplain Zoning Ordinance, regarding the Official Floodplain Zoning Map for Lots 5 and 6 of Woodside Estates Subdivision. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That should the Common Council City would be amended and the information required by Chapter NR approve the amendment to Chapter 14, the Municipal Code of the their approval and that the change to the Official Floodplain 116 will be forwarded to the Department of Natural Resources for Map does not become effective until approved by the Department of Natural Resources.
