APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION FOR KWIK TRIP INC. FOR
RESOLUTION #P.C. 17-93
TWO (2) LOTS IN THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 8 AND NE 1/4 SECTION 17
WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on January 22, 1993 for a
Land Division for two lots in the SE 1/4 of Section 8 and NE
1/4 Section 17 for Kwik Trip Inc. by Michael J. Losik and
Assoc., and
WHEREAS, This land has concept zoning, and
approximately 909,972 sq ft and another parcel of approximately
WHEREAS, The land division proposes to create one parcel of
45,567 sq ft, and
WHEREAS, Parcel 1 and Parcel 2 have sewer availability and
suitable access from Racine Avenue.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will be
receptive to a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a
land division in the SE 1/4 of Section 8 and NE 1/4 of Section
17.
Transportation Department Access Permits be submitted with the
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That copies of the Waukesha County
Certified Survey Map.
