PCR1993016aRESOLUTION #P.C. 16-93 APPROVAL OF REVISED SKETCH FOR PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR CANDLEWOOD CREEK SUBDIVISION IN THE NE 1/4 AND NW 1/4 OF SECTION 11 BY TOWNE REALTY submitted on January 22, 1993, to divide property in the NE and WHEREAS, A revised sketch for a Preliminary Plat was NW 1/4 of Section 11 into 146 single family lots (Phase 1 36 lots) under the RS-2 Zoning, and approved through Resolution #P.C. 247-92 subject to five conditions, and WHEREAS, A sketch for this proposed subdivision was WHEREAS, The submitted sketch substantially conforms to the extension of Moorland Road which is the subject of further four of the five conditions, however, makes no provisions for design and location considerations by the City Engineers. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the revised sketch for a Preliminary Plat for Candlewood Creek Subdivision in the NE 1/4 and NW 1/4 of Section 11 and will be receptive to a preliminary plat subject to: Plan Commission City of Muskego Adopted Defeated Deferred 02-02-93, 02-16-93 01-26-93
