APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR STAN & KAREN POTRYKUS
RESOLUTION #P.C. 15-93
IN THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 15
1993, by Stan & Karen Potrykus for a two (2) lot land division
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on January 20
at W156 S7984 Audrey Court, and
Sketch for a two (2) lot land division through Resolution #P.C.
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission on January 19, 1993 approved a
9-93, and
WHEREAS, The two lots meet the requirements of RS-3/0LS
Zoning District, have sanitary sewer availability and access
from Audrey Court and the proposed Certified Survey Map
substantially conforms to the approved Sketch.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Certified Survey Map for a two (2) parcel land division in
the NE 1/4 of Section 15 for Stan & Karen Potrykus and recommend
approval to the Common Council subject to approval of the City
Engineers and payment of all applicable fees in Section 10 of
the Land Division Ordinance.
