PCR1993011AMENDED APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING, SITE, AND OPERATION PLAN FOR THE RESOLUTION #P.C. 11-93 CITY PUBLIC WORKS GARAGE LOCATED AT W186 58235 MERCURY DRIVE and Operation plan for the Public Works Garage located in the Muskego Business/Industrial Park located at W186 58235 Mercury Drive, and WHEREAS, The City is requesting to amend the Building, Site, wood chipping facility on their lot at W186 S8235 Mercury Drive 7' high fence to secure and visually screen the wood chipping (portion fronting at the end of Saturn Drive) and installing a area, and WHEREAS, The purpose of the proposed amendment is to allow a the Old Muskego Settlement Center and is being moved in conjunction with a State of Wisconsin recycling grant. WHEREAS, The wood chipping facility is presently located at THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the revised Building, Site, and Operation plan and 7' foot high fence subject to the fence on the west side of the property being 15' from the property line with numerous 4' trees being planted between the fence and the property line and that the other two fences be located on the property lines with written consent from CATS and AMERICAN/FOREIGN AUTO BODY AND SALES and the submittal of a landscape plan for the entry gate off of Saturn Drive, and obtaining any necessary permits from the Building Department. 0 City of Muskego Plan Commission Adopted 01-19-93 Defeated Deferred 01-12-93
