APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR STEPHANIE SONNENTAG
RESOLUTION #P.C. 10-93
IN THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 34 AND THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 35
1993, by Stephanie Sonnentag for a two (2) lot land division at
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on January 7
S106 W16105 Loomis Drive, and
sketch for a two (2) lot land division through Resolution #P.C.
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission on November 4, 1992 approved a
243-92, and
WHEREAS, The two lots meet the requirements of EA Zoning
District as it pertains to family members, and
WHEREAS, Evidence of a favorable perc tests for this lot
has been provided.
WHEREAS, The proposed land division abuts Loomis Drive with
the right-of-way frontage meeting the requirements of the Land
Division Ordinance.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Certified Survey Map for a two (2) parcel land division in
the SE 1/4 of Section 34 and the SW 1/4 of Section 35 for
Council subject to approval of the City Engineers and payment
Stephanie Sonnentag and recommend approval to the Common
of all applicable fees in Section 10 of the Land Division
Ordinance.
