PCR1993009APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION FOR STAN POTRYKUS RESOLUTION #P.C. 09-93 FOR TWO (2) LOTS IN THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 15 WHEREAS, A sketch was submitted on January 4, 1993 for a land division for two lots in the NE 1/4 of Section 15 by Mr. Stan Potrykus, and lot size of 9,900 square feet and a minimum average width of 66 WHEREAS, This land is zoned RS-3/0LS and requires a minimum feet, and WHEREAS, The proposed land division meets the lot size and width requirements of the RS-3/0LS Zoning District, and WHEREAS, The land division proposes to create one parcel of approximately 315,098 sq ft and another parcel of approximately 18,760 sq ft, and WHEREAS, Parcel 1 and Parcel 2 have sewer availability and access from Audrey Court. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will be receptive to a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a land division in the NE 1/4 of Section 15. City of Muskego Plan Commission Adopted 01-19-93 Defeated Deferred 1-11-93 AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 08-93 APPROVAL OF EXPANSION OF CONDITIONAL USE GRANT #96 AND AMENDED BUILDING, SITE, AND OPERATION PLAN TO ALLOW THE DISPOSAL OF TWO ADDITIONAL WASTE STREAMS AT THE FUTURE PARKLAND DEVELOPMENT, INC. LANDFILL LOCATED AT W124 S10391 124TH STREET received a petition for the expansion of Conditional Use Grant WHEREAS, The Plan Commission of the City of Muskego has #96 held by Future Parkland Development, Inc., and WHEREAS, Future Parkland Development, Inc. is requesting an expansion to their conditional Use Grant to allow the disposal of two additional waste streams to include: lime slag and demolition materials from Briggs & Stratton Operation Plants, and property have been notified of the Public Hearing, and a Public WHEREAS, The owners of property within 300 feet of this Hearing has been held in conformance with Section 17:3.07 of the City's Code of Ordinances, and WHEREAS, The City Engineer has reviewed the proposal and issued their findings in a report dated December 23, 1992 and do not find the disposal of the two additional waste streams objectionable, and WHEREAS, The City Attorney has reviewed the proposed Grant and as attached thereto as "Exhibit A" Supplemental language which would be added to Number 9 of the Conditional Use Conditions of Grant of Conditional Use, Paragraph 18 (a), subject to adding language which states that the payment for is set and approved by the Public Welfare Committee and approved 1993 would be made to the City as soon the annual payment amount by the Common Council. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby grant an expansion to Conditional Use Grant #96 to add two additional waste streams as outlined in the Landfill Waste Characterization Information report as prepared for Future Parkland Inc. by their consultant RMT dated November 24, 1992 to include: lime desulfurization slag and demolition materials to be defined as broken concrete, cement block, brick, reinforcing rods, or wire mesh from Briggs & Stratton Operation Plants. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the attached language dated January 18, 1993 be added to Number 9 of the Conditional Use Grant and as attached thereto as "Exhibit A" Supplemental Conditions of Grant of Conditional Use, Paragraph 18 (a), subject to adding language whic,h states that the payment for amount is set and approved by the Public Welfare Committee and 1993 would be made to the City as soon the annual payment approved by the Common Council.
