APPROVAL OF EXPANSION TO CONDITIONAL USE GRANT #37 AND AMENDED
BUILDING, SITE, AND OPERATION PLAN TO ALLOW RECYCLING OF SOIL AT
THE PAYNE AND DOLAN GRAVEL PIT AT W217 S8425 CROWBAR ROAD
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission of the City of Muskego has
received a petition from Soil Remediation Service Inc. for a
soil recycling facility which is an expansion of Conditional Use
Grant #37 held by Payne and Dolan Company located at W217 S8425
Crowbar Road, and
WHEREAS, Soil Remediation Service Inc., with the approval of
Payne and Dolan is requesting to place a soil recycling facility
in conjunction with the Payne and Dolan Company gravel pit, and
property have been notified of the Public Hearing, and a Public
WHEREAS, The owners of property within 300 feet of this

Use Grant #37 to add a soil recycling facility in conjunction
with the Payne and Dolan Company gravel pit located at W217
S8425 Crowbar Road.

1. All activities shall be in conformance with the statements
presented in Soil Remediation Service Incorporated's "Exhibit B
Written Description of Use".
2. No activity will take place on the site until the Wisconsin
Department of Natural Resources "storage site permit" is
presented to the City Planning Department.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to the
Plan Commission
