AMENDED
HIGHLANDS ADDITION #2 SUBDIVISION IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 5 BY
APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR LAKEVIEW
JAHNKE & JAHNKE ASSOCIATES, INC.
WHEREAS, A sketch for a Preliminary Plat was submitted on
December 23, 1992, to divide property in the SW 1/4 of Section
5 as the third phase of a four phase subdivision, and
minimum lot width and size requirements of the RS-1 Zoning
District and have suitable access to City sewer, and
WHEREAS, The proposed subdivision lots appear to meet the

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the sketch for a Preliminary Plat for Lakeview Highlands
Addition #2 Subdivision in the SW 1/4 of Section 5 and would be
receptive to the submittal of a Preliminary Plat upon further
Master Plan.
