PCR1993004APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION FOR TWO LOTS IN THE NE
1/4 OF SECTION 5 FOR RON DALIEGE
RESOLUTION #P.C. 04-93
WHEREAS, A sketch was submitted on December 18, 1992 for a
land division for two lots in the NE 1/4 of Section 5, and
WHEREAS, The proposed land division meets the lot size and
width requirements of the RS-2 Zoning District, and
WHEREAS, The land division proposes to create one parcel of
approximately 43,400 sq feet and another parcel of approximately
10 acres, and
WHEREAS, Sewer is available to both parcel 1 and parcel 2
with access to the newly created parcel 1 being from Gold Drive.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will be
receptive to a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a
land division in the NE 1/4 of Section 5 for two parcels subject
to delineating any wetlands remaining on the property on the
Certified Survey Map and making any necessary land dedications
for Gold Drive.
