PCR19930038 APPROVAL OF TEMPORARY PARKING OF SEMI TRAILER WITH BANNER AS A RESOLUTION #P.C. 03-93
TEMPORARY SIGN FOR A TRUCK LOAD SALE FOR PICK-N-SAVE
WHEREAS, A request has been submitted by Bruce Hess from
Pick-n-Save for the placement of one temporary "Arcadia Chicken"
Banner on the side of a parked semi trailer for a period of
seven days to promote a truck load sale in the northeast corner
of the Pick-n-Save parking lot facing Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has authority to approve the
type and size of temporary promotional signs.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the temporary banner on the side of a parked semi trailer in the
northeast corner of the Pick-n-Save parking lot for a period not
to exceed seven days.
