WHEREAS, A Revised Extraterritorial Preliminary Plat for
in the Town of Waterford was submitted on December 22, 1992, for
a 10 lot subdivision, and
WHEREAS, The Revised Preliminary Plat has been submitted to
the Racine County Department for approval, and
County which are incorporated onto this revised Plat and
requires re-approval by the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, Additional minor changes were required by Racine
WHEREAS, The subdivision is located within the jurisdiction
of the extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the Revised
Extraterritorial Preliminary Plat in the SE 1/4 of Section 12
Council.
