APPROVAL OF EXPANSION OF CONDITIONAL USE GRANT #56 TO SELL
VEHICLES AT S75 W17237 JANESVILLE ROAD FOR RONNIE'S MOBILE
Department by Elke Rea of Ronnie's Mobile Service for an WHEREAS, An application was submitted to the Planning
expansion of a Conditional Use Grant to sell used vehicles at
an existing gasoline service station within the B-3 Zoning
District, and
WHEREAS, It is intended to display 2-3 used vehicles for
sale at any one time and for them to be parked on an existing
parking area located to the east of their present building, and

WHEREAS, The City's zoning ordinance permits this type of
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego approve the request of Elke Rea for the
expansion of Conditional Use Grant #56 to sell used vehicles at
the property located at 575 W17237 Janesville Road and that the
approval be subject to the conditions set forth below:

That a maximum of three (3) cars be displayed for sale
That the cars be sold only during normal business hours
at any one time.

That the parking area for these vehicles be must be no
closer to Janesville Road than parallel to the existing
building.
That the area for these vehicles be marked on the
property with painted parking lines or another method
to distinguish that parking area from the rest of the
business area.
That no junk vehicles nor auto parts be allowed outside
of the business structure.
That any signage advertising the sale of the vehicles be
first submitted to the Plan Commission for approval.
The cars must be parked north of the shed.
The revised Conditional Use Permit be recorded at the
Waukesha County Register of Deeds.
IT FURTHER RESOLVED. That the existina shed be added to ~~
the site plan at its present location.
