SUB-STATION SW 1/4 OF SECTION 25
Road Dedication adjacent to the Tess Corners Volunteer Fire
WHEREAS, The City has been asked to vacate a 60 foot wide
Department Substation in the SW 1/4 of Section 25, located at
SlOO W13444 Loomis Dr, and
above described vacation and make its recommendation to the
Common Council.
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission is required to consider the
recommend approval to the Common Council that the above 60 foot
wide road dedication be discontinued and vacated.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
