APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION FOR TWO PARCELS IN THE
RESOLUTION #P.C. 272-92
NW 1/4 OF SECTION 7 FOR MR. MIKE MCCLURG
land division for two parcels consisting of 9 acres and 33
acres respectively in the NW 1/4 of Section 7, and
WHEREAS, A sketch was submitted on December 4, 1992 for a
WHEREAS, This land is presently zoned RCE which requires a
minimum lot size of 120,000 square feet and a minimum average
width of 250 feet and the proposed land division meets the
minimum size and width requirements of the RCE Zoning District,
and
WHEREAS, The Parcel is proposed to be served by a mound
system with the 2nd parcel not being developed at this time and
the property is proposed to be accessed from Annes Way.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will be
receptive to a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a
subject to Parcel 1 b! 2 showing 30' abutting a street for each
land division in the NW 1/4 of Section 7 for Mike McClurg
lot and the CSM having language regarding the Road Dedication
