WALGREENS CENTER FOR MR. GARY ZEHREN
WHEREAS, A request has been submitted by Mr. Gary Zehren
from Subway for the placement of one temporary grand opening
banner from December 16, 1992 until the end of January 1993 to
be installed on the front of the Subway store facing Janesville
Road, and
WHEREAS, The banner will be 3' x 6' in size made of canvas
with the message on the sjgn being "SUBWAY", and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has authority to approve the
type and size of temporary promotional signs.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
one temporary 3'x 6' banner on the front of the Subway store
which shall be in conformance with Section 17:6.09 of the City's
Code of Ordinances.
