PCR1992269RECOMMENDATION FOR APPROVAL TO REZONE PROPERTY IN THE NE 1/4 AND RESOLUTION #P.C. 269-92 SE 1/4 OF SECTION 35, TAX KEY #S 2297.996 AND 2297.997, FROM EA TO A TO ALLOW RESIDENTIAL AND AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT FOR MRS. HELEN WILINSKI WHEREAS, A petition has been filed by Mrs. Helen Wilinski to amend the Official Zonina M~D of the Citv of Muskeao for the property located in the NE i/4 and SE 1/4 of Section 55 (Tax Key #2297.996 & 2297.997 from EA - Exclusive Aqriculture to A - Aqricultural District to allow a single family residential and agricultural development, and and is surrounded by low density agricultural and rural residential development and the request is compatible with the surrounding area and with the zoning which was in place at the time the City entered into the Exclusive Agriculture program, and WHEREAS, The parcel is on the south side of Loomis Drive THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends that the zoning be changed from EA - Exclusive Agriculture to A - Aqricultural District to allow single family residential and aqricultural development and that upon the approval of the rezoning by the Conkon Council, the- Official Zoning Map be amended.
