JANESVILLE RD, AND IMMEDIATELY TO THE EAST OF THE LANNON DRIVE.
WAUKESHA COUNTY/MUSKEGO GROUP ON THE NORTH SIDE OF
WHEREAS, A request has been submitted by Habitat for
Humanity-Waukesha County/Muskego Group for the placement of one
temporary sign between December 1992 until the end of February
1993 to be installed on the lawn of St. Francis Bank facing
Janesville Road near east boundary of the Bank Lot, and
WHEREAS, The sign will be 4' x 8' in size made of plywood,
and a sketch of this sign is included with the application, and
WHEREAS, The message on the sign is "HABITAT FOR HUMANITY
MUSKEG0 HOUSE FUND EACH FAMILY $5" and a fund-0-meter, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has authority to approve the
type and size of temporary sign for a period not to exceed nine
months for off-site signs.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
be in conformance with Section 17:6.09 of the City's Code of
one temporary 3'x 8' sign on the St Francis Bank lot which shall
