APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR TWO PARCELS IN THE
NW 1/4 OF SECTION 32 FOR MR. JOSEPH FLINTROP
WHEREAS, A sketch for a Certified Survey Map was approved by
the Plan Commission through Resolution #P.C. 252-92 for a land
division for two parcels in the NW 1/4 of Section 32, and
width requirements of the RS-2 Zoning District, and
WHEREAS, The proposed land division meets the lot size and
sewer with access to the properties for the two lots from North
Shore Drive.
WHEREAS, The Parcel is proposed to be served by municipal
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Certified Survey Map creating a land division in the NW 1/4
of Section 32 for Mr. Joseph Flintrop and recommend approval to
the Common Council subject to delineating wetlands on the
Certified Survey Map, approval of the City Engineers, and
payment of all fees in Section 10 of the Land Division
Ordinance.
